This Privacy Policy describes how Clubhaus Inc. ("Clubhaus," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Clubhaus GTM Engine (the "Service"), including the web application hosted at gtm.joinclubhaus.com and related APIs, scripts, and integrations.
The Clubhaus consumer mobile ordering product is covered by our primary Privacy Notice. This page focuses on the GTM Engine used by authorized Clubhaus team members for sales, marketing, and go-to-market operations.

1. Information we collect
Depending on how the Service is used, we may process:
- Account and authentication data — email address, session tokens, and sign-in metadata for authorized users.
- Business and prospect data — golf course, facility, operator, and contact information used for targeting, enrichment, scoring, and CRM workflows.
- Usage and technical data — IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages viewed, feature usage, and diagnostic logs.
- Integration data — information exchanged with tools we connect to the Service (for example HubSpot, Google APIs, analytics providers, and hosting infrastructure) as needed to operate GTM workflows.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Authenticate users and control access to the Service
- Operate targeting, enrichment, scoring, and sales-enablement workflows
- Sync relevant company and contact records with HubSpot and other approved systems
- Improve reliability, security, and product quality

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising or for purposes unrelated to the user-facing features of the Service.
3. Google API / OAuth data
If you connect a Google account to the Service, our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data accessed through OAuth is used only to provide and improve the specific features you authorize (for example reading or writing data needed for GTM workflows). We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, comply with law, or with your direction. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, creditworthiness determinations, or lending purposes.
4. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers that host, secure, or operate infrastructure for the Service
- CRM and productivity tools you or Clubhaus configure (such as HubSpot)
- Professional advisors, or authorities when required by law
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Service, support GTM operations, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
Authorized users can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about them by contacting hello@joinclubhaus.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. You may also disconnect Google access from your Google Account permissions settings.
7. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
